12/03/19. Well the weather broke and it’s far from flying weather. high winds heavy rain and cold. The winds don’t seem to want to subside! So no news from any members at the patch

27/02/19. This weather has got to break soon, yet another lovely spring sunny day. Derek taking full advantage. He was on the field with his large Hanger 9 Beaver and used 3 batteries for a total of 39min flight. He also flew his Multiplex  Heron 2.5mt motorised glider.

26/02/19. Yet another lovely spring sunny day and Derek was on the field again with his large 3mt Hanger 9 Beaver 3 x 13min flights. He also flew his Heron glider

25/02/19. Due to the unusual warm weather, the field has started to dry out allowing the first try out to get a car on. Derek braved it a had no problems at all. How long it will last though! As he managed to get on the field he flew his large Hanger 9 beaver.

23/02/19. Derek at the patch again (I think he goes home sometimes!). Flew his Multiplex Heron 2.5 motorised glider.

22/02/19. Derek at the patch. Flew his Radio pro but had to whtch where he landed as the sheep had been having a bit of a party on the patch, black lumpy bits littering the field!

15/02/19. Derek at the patch reports brilliant weather ideal for flying! Flew his Radion pro for 2 x 30min flights and his Multiplex Rockstar for 2 x 7min flights.

11/02/19. Derek reports from the field. Weather cold but not too bad. Had a 39min flight with the Multiples Heron 2.5mt motorised Glider.
