11/01/19. Derek was out flying again at the patch. It was a lovely sunny warm day with light winds. He flew his Multiplex Heron 2.5mt motorised glider. Gently getting it to height, cutting the motor and gliding around, just incase there was any lift about. When low he used the motor to get back to height and float around again . He reports that he had a 39min flight in one hit, surprised he didn’t have neck ache!
